Return and Exchange Policy
DAMAGED ITEMS
At Cooper and the Bear, we want to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with your order. While our orders are carefully checked prior to shipment, sometimes things happen. If for any reason there is damage to your item upon receipt, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery at support@cooperandthebear, and we’ll get you taken care of right away.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Since our items are made to order, we don’t accept returns for refunds, but we do offer a 14 day exchange policy under the following conditions:
• The return must be received by Cooper and the Bear within 14 days of receipt.
• The returned item must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed and free of any debris (hair, deodorant, etc). If, upon reviewing the item(s), Cooper and the Bear determines that the item(s) do not fit this criteria, the exchange will be declined, and you will forfeit your item(s) or be responsible for paying the shipping costs back to you.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Customer is responsible for all shipping, including returns for exchanges and shipping of the new item(s).
• Exchanges are done only via store credit.
• Exchanges are not allowed on any customized items.
• To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email support@cooperandthebear with your order number.
DISCOUNT CODES
Once an order is place, a discount code cannot be retroactively applied to the order. If you have trouble with a discount code, please reach out to support@cooperandthebear.com.
CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
We do our best to help in all circumstances, but we cannot be held liable due to errors or delays by the USPS, or for addresses entered incorrectly at checkout. Cooper and the Bear is not responsible for lost, unclaimed, damaged, missing, and/or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged or missing, you are welcome to file a claim with the USPS.
